We are currently finalizing training dates for November and December 2026 and the first quarter of 2027. Please call us to discuss your preferred dates and arrange a course that fits your schedule. We require at least 8–10 weeks’ advance notice to plan and prepare your training.
MKDS Training’s IED Diagnostics & Exploitation Course is a five-day program designed to strengthen the technical knowledge and analytical skills of military and Explosive Ordnance Disposal personnel. Combining classroom instruction with hands-on practical exercises, the course covers electronic principles, component identification, schematic interpretation, circuit diagnostics and the use of commercial electronics in IEDs. Participants progress from basic circuitry to more complex systems, developing their ability to examine, troubleshoot and interpret IED electronics. Realistic scenarios, including low-light exercises, reinforce learning and support informed threat assessment and technical exploitation in operational environments.
The Drone Build, Crash & Exploitation Course is a five-day program designed to develop military and EOD personnel’s understanding of UAS/UAV systems and their technical exploitation. Combining classroom instruction with hands-on FPV drone assembly, flight exercises and realistic recovery scenarios, the course takes participants from component identification and system configuration to post-incident assessment and analysis. Training covers fixed-wing and rotary-wing platforms, hazard recognition, safe handling, evidence preservation and data-recovery concepts. Participants develop practical skills to assess drone threats, recover systems safely and preserve valuable information for intelligence, investigative and forensic purposes.
MKDS Microcontrollers in Emerging Threats Course is a five-day program designed to strengthen participants’ understanding of microcontrollers and their role in unmanned aerial systems and emerging electronic threats. Combining classroom instruction with hands-on exercises, the course progresses from intuitive visual programming to Arduino coding, sensor integration and circuit diagnostics. Using dedicated learning kits, participants explore how inputs, outputs and programmed logic interact to control electronic systems. Practical challenges reinforce troubleshooting and analytical skills, helping military and EOD personnel better recognize, understand and assess microcontroller-based technologies encountered in UAS platforms and modern IED threats.
MKDS Training’s Advanced Manual Access and Disablement Course is a five-day program delivered at the client’s home base, designed for experienced EOD personnel operating in demanding environments. Combining an electronics refresher with practical diagnostics and manual access training, the course strengthens participants’ ability to assess complex devices and make informed render-safe decisions. Hands-on exercises incorporate real-time disturbance monitoring to help participants evaluate tool selection and access techniques. Training progresses to realistic hostage-restraint and critical-incident scenarios, reinforcing technical accuracy, teamwork and problem-solving. Led by instructors with Special Mission Unit experience, the course integrates individual skills with coordinated team response.
