The membrane kit contains five semi-permeable elastomeric membranes that allow target vapors to pass through into the detection system. Generally, the membrane is replaced during monthly maintenance; but harsh operating environments may require more frequent changing of the membrane.

At a minimum, the membrane should be inspected weekly and cotton gloves (GL7500-Large, GL7501-Small) should be worn while servicing the membrane. For installation, follow instrument manufacturer’s procedures.
