The SKB is new equipment for Sky Marshall, such as a common bag with luggage cabin sizes and being able to contain the effects of a bomb realized with liquid explosives hidden in bottles or parts authorized during the boarding.
The SKB has two compartments, which could they even be separated to isolate several suspect items boarded on the same flight. This equipment exists in several configurations.
